~Rain and flowers~

I haven't been around much, and I apologize for not visiting. I was taking a little break. We are having a very wet spell, this afternoon we had a mini hurricane! Still, the plants like it. We are busy in the garden. The deck is coming along and is almost done. Hubby had his recheck 10 days ago, and we were told there is a small area that is suspect so he goes back in to have it removed next Wednesday. Please keep him in your prayers.

  1. Oh dear, I don't care how mini it is, a hurricane of any size is scary!! We have been having pouring rain all week so far and supposed to continue for the next few days. There were even snow flurries mentioned, ugh! I haven't even been able to clean out my gardens yet. Can't wait to see pictures of your deck!! My prayers are with your hubby. xoxo

  7. A little break can do wonders. But you really caught my attention with the mini hurricane! It seems the weather everywhere is a bit crazy this spring.

You and hubby are in my thoughts.

  8. The wind and rain have been a little much, haven't they? April showers bring May flowers, as the old saying goes. But I see sunshine and blue skies today, and I wish sunshine and blue skies for your husband too. Good to know that he's in good hands with his health.
Did you get up early to watch the wedding?

  9. Breaks are sometimes needed and good to take. I hope it was good for you. :)
The colors in your garden are beautiful! It has been very windy here in the valley. I wish mother nature can tone it down a little, just enough to make my wind chimes create melody. It has been so windy, it has only created a dust storm (choke).
Ivo is in my prayers... always.
