This book was a gift from my husband.
I have been a Streisand fan since I was 17. This book details the building and design of her home in California. A stickler for details and perfection, she has managed to build a home that looks as though it has graced the landscape for years, when in fact it is only 11 or so years old.
She has a deep knowledge of period furniture and style.
I really enjoyed it, it's a great coffee table book. I'm sure it will be read and re-read in the years to come.

  1. This book is on my "to buy" list. I, too, love Barbra and have been a fan for years. I admire her strength and determination as well as her music.
